Service Description

Please, join us for a lovely breathing exercise - Pranayama, followed by relaxing meditation - Yoga Nidra. Pranayama and Meditation is a beautiful combination since both practices are very complimentary to each other. With Pranayama, we calm down our mind, bring focus to the body and the breath, and slow down the pace of thoughts and emotions. If explored on a deeper level, Pranayama can cleanse and heal the body, and help to stay younger and healthier, remove the toxins. Yoga Nidra helps to relax the body vertebrae-by-vertebrae, calm down the mind, and normalize the overall state of well-being. It is considered that benefits from 1 Yoga Nidra class can be compared with a night of deep sleep. All practices that we share, have a healing spiritual component.
