We’ll be practicing yoga on the villa’s premises, inside and possibly on the terrace outside, as well as on the beautiful locations during our field trips. As some of you know, Alina will be offering yoga asana practice, for various levels, as well as breathing exercises - Pranayama, meditations, and deep relaxation techniques, including Yoga Nidra. With our program, we’ll do our best to help you rejuvenate during our seminar, and return back home energized, happy, and with lots of joyful memories!

The number of spots is limited. A deposit option is available. We require you to submit a non-refundable 40% deposit that equals 800 euros by June 15th, as the guarantee of your participation, and the remaining 1200 euros by July 15th.
